Two Indian students used a camera phone to film a short porn video, resulting in their expulsion and the banning of cellular phones, according to several media reports, including one in Sify News.
Two students in New Delhi -- a girl honor student and a boy from a wealthy family -- were expelled after they circulated their 2.37-minute film to other students.
As a result of the incident, cellular phones -- that had been allowed -- were banned in the school. Any student caught with a phone will be fined 2,000 rupees ($44.40) and the phone will be confiscated. (Another article says the fine will be 1,000 rupees.)
think it was wrong of the boy to do so, it shows he's very childish and circulates the video just to get even with the girl for ditching him. But let's not be prudish and let this incident be considered as an isolated case of delinquency. I am sure this happens all over India, only even kids have more shame and sense of privacy and sense of right and wrong that that guy had. I don't think anyone in India seriously believes that school & college going children don't have boyfriends/girlfriends and they don't indulge in such activity. The parents might be blissfully unaware of this fact, but the fact is that this is a very common thing, and circulating/selling it so stupidly got them into trouble and defamation.

Baazee CEO Arrested Over DPS MMS
The head of a popular Indian online auction site, owned by U.S. giant eBay Inc, was arrested for the sale of a video showing a schoolgirl and boy involved in oral sex, police said on Saturday.
Avnish Bajaj, country manager of Baazee.com, was arrested in the capital on Friday after he was called in for questioning from Baazee's office in Bombay, India's financial hub.
'He was arrested for allowing the sale of the video. He has been charged under the Indian Information Technology Act which prohibits transmission and sale of obscene data electronically,' a police spokesman said.
Baazee said the case was 'baseless' as the company had taken the video, offered by a seller, off the site as soon as it became aware of it."
The DPS RKPuram Delhi Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) shows a young girl engaged in oral sex with a boy and it was shot with her consent. This delhi school scandal clip, which has caused a furore in the Indian Media, is videly available for download across the net.
The incident had happened a little over a month ago, when two eleventh standard students of DPS RK Puram, a top south Delhi school, had filmed themselves on the boy's mobile phone during a sex act "just for kicks". Last week that the episode hit the headlines after the 2-minute, 37-seconds MMS of clip started doing the rounds all over the country.

Sick of MMS !
This site is for wireless digital photography and not Porn.Poor Allan
5 megapixel phones are on the way to market here in the U.S., and Reiter, who knows more about photo phones than anyone else writing publicly, says that network carriers are "working on innovative ways to enable higher-resolution photos to be transmitted." With a little more patience, I envision the day when all reporters will carry high-resolution photo phones and regularly use them in their work -- supplementing the work of professional photographers. Just wait.

it must be extremely difficult times for the girl and her family. her parents/relatives/bros/sis wud be feeling terribly let down by this naive act... after all this media hype they wud still have to get over the feeling of guilt/wrong doing...hope the family is able to get thro this hell
ppl have so many issues in life - starting fm childhood/school/adulthood/career/marriage etc... this must've been a bolt fm the blue for the fly
hope they find the strength to tide over this and pull on with their lives with dignity
wrt the act itself, these things have been happening all the time in our society... u get to know it bcse of technology..and this shud not be confused with western values---- our own moral values are way down there!! in india - rape/murder/sleaze/corruption are bigger evils...

All the talk is simply rubbish...... If anybody wants to show off his/her acts... why should anybody have any problem. The kids did not break anybody's privacy. I am not saying that such acts should be encouraged... but at the same time such a fuss over the issue is also not warranted.
